This privacy policy regulates access and use by users of the services and activities offered by Najeti, as owner of the data that may be protected, in application of the regulations in force on the protection of personal data.
Najeti scrupulously respects the legislation in force concerning the protection of personal data and the confidentiality commitments inherent in its activity.
1. PERSON RESPONSIBLE FOR THE PROCESSING

2. CATEGORIES OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSED
The personal data that will be processed will be the personal data that the User will have transmitted to Najeti by filling in the online registration form, through social networks, through the customer service or any other means (telephone, e-mail, contact form on the website www.najeti.fr).
When using social networks, the privacy policy that will apply is the one set there.
The categories of data that could be available to Najeti are :
Consumer users :
- identification data: first name, last name, image, identity document, user on Social Networks (first name and last name, in case of access or interaction through a Social Network).

- personal data: date of birth, place of birth, nationality, gender.

Professional users :

In the event that user data is collected through a social network, the applicable privacy policy will be that of the social network in question.
3. OBLIGATORY OR OPTIONAL NATURE OF THE INFORMATION PROVIDED BY THE USER AND VERACITY OF THE DATA
The fields marked with an asterisk (*) on the registration form that the user must fill in are strictly necessary to be able to respond to the user's request, while data entry in the other fields is optional.
Furthermore, with regard to data provided by any other means, at the time of processing, users will be informed whether or not they are required to provide such data.
The user warrants that the personal data provided to Najeti is true and current and undertakes to assume responsibility for communicating any changes to such data: the user shall be solely responsible for any inaccurate or false data provided and for any damage caused to Najeti or third parties as a result of the use of the services provided to Najeti. Furthermore, Najeti declares that the data collected will be appropriate, relevant and not excessive in relation to the framework, purposes and services determined.
4. PURPOSE AND LEGITIMACY OF THE PROCESSING
User data provided to Najeti by any means, so that the latter can offer the services and products requested by them, are collected for the following purposes:
- allow the reservation of a room on the Najeti websites,
- respond to a request for a quotation or to the registration of a reservation in the context of a group request,
- respond to a request to subscribe to the Najeti newsletter,
- allow the creation of an account on the site www.najeti.fr,
- to process any request for information by telephone or via the contact form on the sites, in order to allow Najeti's customer service to process requests and ensure the follow-up of correspondence,
- to promote the hotels and services offered on the sites in order to allow the user to discover our establishments,
- maintain fluid and dynamic communication with users by any means, including Social Networks and instant messaging.
In such cases, subject to the application of Najeti's privacy policy, the privacy policy of the relevant social network or instant messaging medium will also apply. We recommend that you carefully review these privacy policies.
Najeti is authorised to process users' data for the purposes indicated above, in order to fulfil its contractual obligations as a result of the request made by the users.
User data provided to Najeti by any means will also be collected for the following purposes:
- Analysis of data for training and/or statistical purposes.
- Basic activities of content analysis of the information provided and the elaboration of profiles for an adequate management of the activities and services offered by Najeti.
Najeti is authorised to process users' data for the purpose indicated above, representing a legitimate interest of the entity expressly recognised by the privacy regulations, with a view to correctly providing the service.
In addition, user data provided to Najeti by any means will also be collected for the following purpose:
- Sending electronic communications of promotions and information about Najeti's offers. These promotional electronic communications will be sent during the duration of the relationship between the user and Najeti, including at the end of this relationship if the user does not object. Najeti provides two mechanisms allowing users who so request to modify and delete these services in a simple, quick and free manner by contacting customer service

Najeti is authorised to process user data for the purposes indicated above, as expressly permitted by the legislation in force:

5. AUTOMATED DECISIONS
Najeti does not adopt decisions that may affect the user based solely on the automated processing of his/her personal data. All the decision-making processes concerning the purposes of processing described above require human intervention.
6. TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA TO THIRD PARTIES
Given the nature of the service and in order to comply with the obligations resulting from the services subscribed to by the users, such data will have to be shared with all the recipients identified in paragraph 5. As such, this right is based on compliance with the contractual obligations.
In addition, their data may be transferred to the recipients indicated below, for the reasons explained there:
- public administrations: to comply with the legal obligations to which Najeti is subject by virtue of its activity,

When the user requests to unsubscribe from the service, Najeti will process this request by deleting the user's profile and identification data on the Website (first name, last name and e-mail), while the rest of the user's content integrated into the reservation system will be retained.

The user may exercise his or her rights of access, rectification, deletion, portability, limitation and/or opposition to processing.

9. SECURITY
Najeti informs users that it has implemented the technical and organisational measures imposed by the regulations in force, guaranteeing the security of personal data and preventing their alteration, loss, unauthorised processing or access, taking into account the state of technology, the nature of the data stored and the risks to which they are exposed.
10. COOKIES AND IP
The user accepts the use of cookies and IP tracking.
Our site traffic analyzer uses cookies and IP tracking to collect data for statistical purposes such as: date of first visit, number of visits, date of last visit, URL and domain of origin, browser used and screen resolution. 11. MODIFICATION OF THE GC AND THE PRIVACY POLICY
Najeti undertakes to inform you in the event of substantial modification of the present TOS, and not to lower the level of confidentiality of your data substantially without informing you and obtaining your consent.
You expressly agree that any dispute that may arise as a result of these TOU, including its interpretation or performance, shall be referred to arbitration subject to the mutually agreed upon rules of the arbitration platform, to which you unconditionally agree.
